Bergen New Bridge Medical Center’s Long Term Care Division Recognized as One of Newsweek’s Best Nursing Homes 2023
Second year in a row that the Medical Center made this national list
The Long Term Care Division (LTC) at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, which is the largest licensed nursing home in New Jersey and one of only 6% to receive Joint Commission accreditation, has been recognized on Newsweek’s Best Nursing Homes 2023 list. This is the second consecutive year the Bergen New Bridge LTC Division has received this recognition.
The Best Nursing Homes 2023 ranking identifies the nation's top 475 facilities and are awarded by state. Nursing homes in the 25 states with the highest number of facilities were included. The rankings are based on four criteria including a performance data score, a reputation score and a COVID-19 Score. This year a score for facilities accredited by the Joint Commission International was added.
