In Long Term Care/Post Acute Care, we are a safe environment where those who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community are provided with skilled nursing care 24 hours a day/7 days a week, in a supportive environment without fear of discrimination. Our goal in Long Term Care is to focus on providing high-level quality care and quality of life in an inclusive person-centered care environment.
