Bergen New Bridge's Community Health Services team offers a wide variety of services including educational programs, speakers, health and wellness screenings, and more to enhance the health and wellness of the communities we serve.

We are committed to providing healthcare services throughout our communities, including our satellite offices in Paterson, Bergenfield and CareRite Now locations at Inserra Supermarket Inc.’s ShopRite stores in Wallington and New Milford, NJ. But we did not stop there.

The Bergen New Bridge Community Health Services team aims to encourage healthy activities and preventive care in partnership with our community partners. Our staff is ready to deliver healthcare education, presentations, and consultations to connect, enable, and educate the communities we serve.

Community Health Fairs and Promotional Events

The Community Health Services team regularly organizes events to foster healthy lifestyles and assists at partner health fairs and healthcare events throughout Bergen County.

Working With Community Organizations

Bergen New Bridge partners with local and national organizations and associations to effectively reach out and educate communities in Bergen County to better understand their healthcare options and the services the Medical Center provides at our three locations.

Public Presentations

Our experienced healthcare educators are frequently asked to present publicly on healthcare education and disease prevention issues throughout Bergen County. Our nurses, physicians, and healthcare educators present on current and insightful healthcare education topics. We can customize and deliver presentations in your workplace, school, church, senior center, or other community sites to fit your unique needs. Health Assessments

The Community Health Services team oversees population-specific health assessments to guide healthcare and maintenance.
