Tynetta Eleazer, APN

Tynetta Eleazer, APN, MSN, is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Family Nursing. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Rutgers University, majoring in Nursing and Family Nursing. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau., the international nursing honor society. She also is a Certified Medical Examiner by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to perform health physicals for CDL drivers for the Department of Transportation.  

Tynetta has worked in healthcare for 20 years, starting her career in nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has been a Registered Nurse for 14 years and has worked in various healthcare environments, from in-patient nursing (medical-surgical, orthopedics, and trauma) to Community Nursing (home care and school nursing). She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past six years. She has experience in occupational medicine, primary care, pulmonary and sleep medicine, retail health and urgent care.
