We Are Committed to Diversity and Inclusion in Long Term Care

We have long embraced diversity in Long Term Care at Bergen New Bridge. In 2004, the Long Term Care Division formally recognized the importance of diversity when we established our Korean Long Term Care Program. Since then, we have also created a program for the Muslim community in Bergen County. But diversity is much more than ethnic identity. It also includes various religious and cultural identities as well as gender self-expression.

Our Long Term Care team is dedicated to not only embracing diversity but work to create a warm and inclusive environment for all our residents. By fostering inclusion, we can create a vibrant community celebrating our humanity while embracing our diversity.

To learn more about our multicultural program in Long Term Care, we invite you to review the information on our programs.
