Do You Have a Loved One Who Needs Long Term Care?
Quality of Care and Quality of Life
Families trust Bergen New Bridge Medical Center to provide comprehensive, high-quality long term care services for their loved ones. The Long Term Care (LTC) Division at the Medical Center in Paramus is the largest licensed nursing home in New Jersey. Bergen New Bridge is also proud to partner with Mill Gardens in Midland Park, which provides an advanced residential assisted living experience. Our LTC also offers multicultural specialized care for the Korean, Muslim, and LGBTQ+ communities.
Our LTC services go beyond the traditional nursing home model by providing 24/7 skilled nursing care with specialized on-site physicians. We proudly serve diverse communities, offering multicultural care for Korean, Muslim, and LGBTQ+ residents. Accredited by The Joint Commission, a distinction achieved by less than 6% of LTC facilities nationwide, we ensure the highest standard of care.
Our LTC team is proud to have received the SAGECare Platinum Credential, recognizing our commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ residents.
